Tender for Sale of Lots - Marine Industrial Park
The Town of Marystown invites tenders for the sale of twenty (20) individual industrial lots in the Mortier Bay Marine Industrial Park, off McGettigan Boulevard/Power’s Cove area, Marystown, NL.
Details regarding lot location and sizes are available at the Town Office by contacting Dennis Kelly, Chief Administrative Officer, at telephone (709) 279-1661, ext. 227, fax (709) 279-2862 or email: info@townofmarystown.ca.
Interested bidders are required to submit a detailed Development Plan for the Lot they wish to purchase with their tender. Sale of lots will be dependent upon approval of the Development Plan for the Lot.
Tenders, clearly marked “Tender for Purchase of Lot in Mortier Bay Marine Industrial Park”, will be received no later than 3:00 p.m., July 13, 2012, and should be addressed to:
